Reward Offered For Missing Disabled Dog

A Broward County woman is desperate for the return of the pet she calls her whole life.

Wanda Ferrari's dog was stolen while she left it inside her car that was running outside a Dollar Tree last week in Oakland Park on Andrews Ave.

The 13-year-old shepherd-husky mix named Zorra needs a wheelchair to get around, but she follows Ferrari around everywhere.

An animal rescue group has put up a two thousand dollar reward, and Ferrari, who has breast cancer, tells CBS 4 News Zorra is a rescue dog, but Zorra really rescued her.

The car is a 2005 Volvo station wagon with Florida tag “Z1JYV.”

If you know anything about the stolen car or what happened to Zorra, please contact Broward Crime Stoppers at (954) 493-TIPS.
