Broward's top cop has dropped the hammer on a deputy caught on surveillance video mistreating an inmate. While that inmate was being booked into jail last month, Deputy Kevin Fanti shoves and punches the handcuffed man who had dropped a piece of paper. Sheriff Gregory Tony says Fanti was still in his probation period because he was hired in April of 2018.
