On Tuesday, Tesla Inc said that Chief Executive Elon Musk will receive absolutely NO guaranteed compensation from the company.
In fact, Musk will ONLY get paid when the company &all of its shareholders are performing outstandingly well.
His compensation will depend on a variation of different things such as market capitalization, operational milestones, and more.
“Elon (Musk) will receive no guaranteed compensation of any kind - no salary, no cash bonuses, and no equity that vests simply by the passage of time,” the company said.
