Lightning Beat Capitals For Third Straight Win

The Tampa Bay Lightning (12-7-2) defeated the Washington Capitals (11-9-2) 5-3 on Saturday night in Washington, DC. It was the third straight win for Tampa Bay.

Brandon Hagel had two goals and two assists to lead the way for the Lightning. Nikita Kucherov had a goal and two assists while Anthony Cirlli had a goal and an assist in the win.

The Lightning return home for the next two games and will next be in action when they host Philadelphia on Monday night. Puck drop between the Lightning and Flyers is scheduled for 7:00 PM at Benchmark International Arena on Monday night.
