The Tampa Bay Lightning (12-10-5) defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins (11-11-3) 3-1 on Wednesday night at Amalie Arena.
Nikita Kucherov had a goal and an assist to extend his point streak to eleven consecutive games. Anthony Cirelli and Tanner Jeannot each added goals, while Victor Hedman had two assists.
Andrei Vasilevskiy got the win in net saving 24 of the 25 shots he faced.
The Lightning now go to Nashville on Thursday for the second game of a back-to-back. Puck drop between the Lightning and Predators is scheduled for 8:00 PM in Nashville on Thursday night.
