No Charges in "Stand Your Ground" Shooting

Case closed--no charges.

That appears to be the outcome of a deadly shooting last September in Tampa, in which a 19-year-old U-T student from Orchard Park, New York was killed when he tried to get into a car, thinking it was his Uber ride. Attorney A.J. Alvarez represents the family of Carson Senfield, and tells a Buffalo TV station they have no answers. "We are still this many months away, and we don't even have the original police report. They are still shielding the shooter, claiming *he* is the victim."

That unidentified driver...telling police he thought his life was in danger at the time.

Alvarez says he will continue to fight for answers for Senfield's family.
