Dr. James Buddy” Powell, Executive Director of CMARI, joined AM Tampa Bay to discuss Clearwater Marine Aquarium announces opening date for immersive whale exhibit.
The exhibit is 20,000 sq. ft. called Whales: Living with Giants and will be open till August 31st.
Guest will be immersed into an undersea world and walk through a life-size whale gallery.
There is even a full-immersive Virtual Reality theater experience complete with a motion-platform.
Once in the VR exhibit, you step into a pod, put on VR goggles, and Observe and swim with humpback whales and other marine life.
