Springhill, Fl. (Florida News Network)-The Hernando County Sheriff's Office advising Springhill drivers to exercise caution when traveling near Barclay and Lawrence Street. Heavy smoke remains in the area after several brush fires Monday. It took crews from the Florida Forest Service and Hernando County Firefighters almost two hours to contain the, three separate fires that burned over five acres. Several homes, and the Berean Assembly Church were evacuated. No one was injured.
