A woman in California went to the DMV to get a new driver's license and forgot to take her mask off while taking the photo.
The DMV did realize that and had to retake the photo with her not wearing a mask.
When she got the license in the mail, it had a picture of her with the mask.
The DMV is trying to figure out how it happened.
