Fred Johnson,artist-in-residence at Straz Center, joined AM Tampa Bay to discuss the Straz Center offers FREE Arts Legacy REMIX performances.
The Straz will resume live, in-person Arts Legacy REMIX performances on the Riverwalk Stage starting in February and continuing through May.
The Arts Legacy REMIX celebrates varied cultures and talented local artists who live in the Tampa Bay area.
Each performance has a different theme and feel to it.
Here are the following events:
- Friday, Feb. 19.: Arts Legacy REMIX: Lift Every Voice and Sing
- Friday, March 26: Arts Legacy REMIX: Bridges of Rhythm
- Friday, April 16: Arts Legacy REMIX: A Journey Through Central and Eastern Europe
- Friday, May 21: Arts Legacy REMIX: Jazz, Jazz, Jazz
The performances will be held on Fridays, 7:30 to 9 p. m. on the Riverwalk Stage.
