YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 11, 2020) Yeoman (Submarine) 2nd Class Frederic Cook, assigned to Submarine Group Seven and a native of Tampa, Florida, carries the Flag during the 'Colors to Colors Run', which honors the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001 and those who lost their lives that day. Sailors carried the Flag and ran the perimeter of Fleet Activities Yokosuka.
