A woman in California was caught on video macing a couple for not wearing masks at a dog park.
The injured couple said the woman came up to them in a black mask then sprayed them with mace yelled at them for not wearing a face mask.
The woman was also angry that the couple was eating at the dog park they were at and said it was against the rules.
