The person went down the wrong exit zone, and the park and rec worker saw them doing so and approached them.
The vehicle was about to correct themselves when she started screaming and calling the cops and blocked the person from leaving.
Not long after, the person said the cops came and pulled them over to tell them what happened.
After the cops watched the video, they let the person go.
