Frank Dame, CEO, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, joined AM Tampa Bay to discuss the Clearwater Marine Aquarium reopened last week. What special precautions is the aquarium taking to ensure guests have the safest experience possible when visiting?
What guest can expect:
- Limited attendance to 25% of normal capacity
- Limited attendance on our Dolphin & Wildlife Tour to less than 50%
- Touchless transactions
- All guests need advanced reservations - guests are required to select an arrival date and time and purchase admission online prior to visiting (Click here to make reservation)
- Signs and floor decals to promote social distancing
- Plexi-glass barriers at transaction areas
- All guest-facing staff are required to wear face masks
- Staff getting temperature checks daily
- Recommend that guests wear masks (we will provide if needed)
- Guests may even see our veterinary team at work during their visit as our marine life hospital is open 24-7
