Howie Adelman, Owner of Heights Seafood Co., joined AM Tampa Bay to discuss he has cooked and donated over 400 meals, free of charge, with help from local neighbors and organizations, all prompted by a single heartfelt experience at a local grocery store with an elderly woman.
