Chris Ward- Goodwill Food Drive

Chris Ward, Director of Marketing, Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, joined AM Tampa Bay to discuss the Goodwill Food Drive happening now through April 30.

Where can people donate food?

People can drop off donations of non-perishable food at one of the 13 Goodwill stores in Hillsborough, Pinellas or Pasco counties or brick & mortar donation centers at Carrollwood Square, Indian Rocks shopping center or the drive-through site on Alt 19 in Palm Harbor.

There will be a container outside each location for collection of food.

When can you donate?

Between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday

Please only drop off donations during those times.

We’re collecting food now through April 30.

Food Items Needed:

Canned fruits and vegetables, canned tuna and chunk chicken, peanut butter, canned soups and stews, cereal, rice.

How can you observe social distancing while donating?

Just leave donations in containers outside the donation door at Goodwill and a gloved attendant will bring them inside later.

Donation receipts are available at donation sites on a self-serve basis.
