A Louisiana Man got pulled over for having an expired tag and claims they 'forgot' to renew it for over 20 years.
The tag has been expired since 1997, and when the officer asked why they haven't gotten their license renewed, they claim they were busy.
According to WFLA, "The driver reportedly told police, "Sorry, officer. I've been busy lately and totally forgot to renew my vehicle registration. I will take care of it as soon as I get home!"
Let's hope after his traffic stop, the driver is making their appointment to go to the DMV.
