Tampa, Fla. (NewsRadio WFLA) – With less than nine months to go before voters decide who will be the next President of the United States, Florida voters will also decide what to do with the latest round of constitutional amendments, launched by citizens, that will appear on the 2020 ballot.
While the state legislature in Tallahassee has a couple of their own that may still pass, here is our AM Tampa Bay guide to the ones that have been approved and assigned an official amendment number, so far.
Details and data have been compiled from the Florida Division of Elections for this report along with legal analysis on where certain issues stand.
Also, check out what amendments will not appear on the ballot, including recreational marijuana and a failed attempt to make your own electric power.
We will continue to update our guide as additional amendments are approved.
