Sephora's Basket System Is a Shopping Gamechanger

Makeup is an art and a way of expressing yourself, but when heading to a store to get products, sometimes the customer service can be overwhelming.

A Sephora store set up an interesting idea to have two types of baskets while shopping.

The red color red basket lets employees know, "You'd like to be assisted" and a black basket next to it, which means you'd like to "shop on your own."

It a genius idea, especially if you're more of an introvert.

According to Huffpost, "Customers have a choice between using a red basket if they'd like assistance or a black basket if they'd prefer to shop interruption free."

Now, if you have a black basket, this does not mean that someone wouldn't help you with what you need, it just means the employees won't approach you.

It has not been confirmed where the photos were taken, but it's an interesting concept.

What do you think of this idea?
