The man ordered in fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and shocked everyone in the restaurants.
He manages to make everyone laugh and ends up talking to quite a few people.
YouTuber Xiaomanyc has a ton of videos like this. He even did something similar to the previous video in a Nail Salon in China Town, New York City.
