Seafoam Fills Streets of Spain After Storms

The streets of a small town in Spain north of Barcelona was flooded with seafoam.

The deadly storm Gloria hit on Tuesday and caused significant flooding.

The seafoam looks like it is moving like the ocean but isn't harmful to humans.

Gloria has left 200,000 people in the small town without power causing school closures and blocked roads.
