Kombucha is fermented tea made from a sugar, tea and a culture of bacteria and yeast known as a SCOBY or Mother.
Mother Kombucha is was founded by Tonya, Josh and Vic about 6 years ago.
Built by the grassroots local companies born out of local events like Saturday Morning Market.
Mother Kombucha is expanding to their 3rd facility for expansions with Publix, Whole Foods, Earthfare, Lucky’s and Winn Dixie.
They produce 8 bottled flavors and 10+ drafts with seasonal flavors.
