Kristin Witts McKinney, Owner of Pro Kitchen Hub Tampa, joined AM Tampa Bay to discuss what the Pro Kitchen Hub does and the opening of the Bakery Box Pop Up Tampa.
The Bakery Box Pop Up Tampa is a unique space to help grow the baking and beverage clients of Pro Kitchen Hub Tampa, giving them a retail experience without the retail costs.
The clients base their business out of Pro Kitchen Hub Tampa next door, open 24 hrs they can start and grow their business without the huge overhead costs.
The Bakery Box Pop Up is open typically 10 am – 4 pm and 4 pm- 8 pm, but vendors can extend their hours and are located just south of Gandy- 5226 S Dale Mabry. (Next to Guthrie’s Chicken)

So far, they have the Moonlights Ice Cream Emporium, Peanut Butter Rush, Big Crush Slush Co, Craving Donuts, Augustine’s Cheesecakes, and Dunn Baked.
