A lawsuit was filed Monday on behalf of a 10-Year-Old who fell 20 feet from a zip line attraction in Lakeland.
The incident happened on September 1st at the Sky Rider zip line at Urban Air Adventure Park.
According to News Channel 8, "The lawsuit says the boy was not properly secured into his harness before being allowed to take off, and moments after leaving the platform, the harness gave way."
The boy fell to the floor, suffering severe injuries that required him to be airlifted to the hospital.
