A 12-year-old girl from Overland Park, Kansas City has been arrested for pointing a finger gun at other students.
The young girl is facing felony charges after another child asked her if she could kill five people in the class who would it be?
According to 3WEARTV, "The girl responded by making a gun shape with her fingers and pointed it at four classmates before pretending to shoot herself."
The girl was sent to the principles office where she found out the school resource officer would then arrest her.
The threat was taken very seriously, and she was taken away in handcuffs.
The girl's grandfather thinks the situation could have been handled in the principles office and is worried about his granddaughter's future.
The young girl will go to court Tuesday.
