A crazy lady from North Carolina was charged Tuesday with tying up her husband and severing his penis.
The Carteret County's Sheriff's deputies responded to a call around 4 a.m. on Tuesday in Newport, North Carolina where a woman tied up a man and cut his penis off.
When the deputies arrived, they found Victoria Thomas Frabutt with her husband James Frabutt tied up with his penis cut off.
The deputies put the penis on ice, and there is no update on the condition of the man.
There is still no word on why she cut off her husband penis but she has been charged with malicious castration and kidnapping of her spouse.
