A Florida Man shares his "brilliant" idea on how to stop Hurricanes Dorian.
The man thinks that the NAVY should drop ice in warm water to stop the monstrous storm.
According to Newsweek, the man said, "We have a navy," the man said, turning to look into the camera. "Why don't the navy come and drop ice in the warm water so it can't get going as fast as it's going?"
Wonder where he is going to get all that ice from in the Florida heat?
