KIEL, Germany – Petty Officer 3rd Class Rachelle Gaddy, a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, is participating in the Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) exercise with 18 other nations.
“I never thought that the Navy would take me to places in Europe like Scotland, Sweden and London,” said Gaddy. “As far as engineering goes, I make sure that the engines are operating at full power. It’s nice to know that the top sides are doing their job well.”
