KIEL, Germany – Petty Officer 1st Class David Tenney, a native of Tampa, Florida, is participating in the Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) exercise with 18 other nations.
“I am looking forward to participating in the gun shoot competition during BALTOPS," said Tenney. “We are going to be doing a competition comparing the marksmanship for the pistol and the rifle.”
