Keith Wilkins,Director of Operations at the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary in Indian Shores, joined AM Tampa to discuss that he thinks it’s a good idea to have the state bird changed, loved Jack’s suggestion to allow school kids to vote on which bird should become the new state bird. Also, the staff at the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary in Indian Shores did a poll of the top four choices for a potential new state bird:
1) Osprey ( Keith's pick)
2) Anhinga
3) Double Crested Cormorant
4) Rosette Spoonbill
