Sarasota, Fla. (NewsRadio WFLA)-Two boats crashed into each other in Sarasota County, south of the Stickney Point Bridge, Sunday.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says twelve people were on board the two boats. The collision caused one boat to capsize, tossing nine people into the water. Three people were injured and taken to the hospital.
No word on the condition of the three people injured. The FWC says its still to early in their investigation to determine if alcohol played a roll in the crash.
