Odessa,Fla.(News Radio WFLA)-One person was taken to the hospital, another treated at the scene for injuries after a house fire in the 17,000 block of Rainbow Terrace in Odessa.
Hillsborough Fire and Rescue says crews had the initial blaze knocked down in about 15 minutes, but had to fight several flare ups due to heat retention by the metal roof.
Additional water tankers had to be brought in, because of a lack of hydrants in the area. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
