Hillsborough Deputies Searching For Hit And Run Driver

Tampa,Fla.(NewsRadio WFLA)-A surveillance camera could be key to finding a person of interest in a deadly hit-and-run.

A pedestrian was killed over the weekend after getting hit by a car in Hillsborough County on South Miller Road.

It happened just before 3am on March 2nd. No witnesses have come forward, but deputies say a car was caught on a surveillance camera. The car is described as a white, newer-model sedan with hidden headlights.

Anyone with information in reference to this incident is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200.
