Study: 2019's Hardest-Working Cities in America

Wallet hub conducted a study to find out the Hardest-Working Cities in America.

Tampa is #37, St. Pete is #50 and Orlando is #63.

To determine the Hardest working city they took 116 of the most populated cities and used a point system with Direct Work Factors and Indirect Work Factors to get the final results.

Direct Factors that went into the rank are Average Workweek Hours, Share of Households where No Adults Work, Share of Workers Leaving Vacation Time Unused, Share of Engaged Workers and Idle Youth (16-24) Rate.

The Indirect Work Factors are Average Commute Time, Share of Workers with Multiple Jobs, Annual Volunteer Hours per Resident and Average Leisure Time Spent per Day.
