Polk County, Fla. (Newsradio WFLA) - A collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on I-4 Sunday morning has killed the person walking and caused traffic delays, the Florida Highway Patrol said. In a media alert sent out just before 7:30 a.m. Sunday the FHP said:
FHP Troopers are investigating a fatal crash along westbound I-4 at the 30 milepost after a vehicle collided with a pedestrian. Motorists should expect delays as the outside lane ONLY is open.
