Tampa, Fla. (NewsRadio WFLA)-Just before 4 am Tuesday, Tampa Police responded to reports of shots fired, coming from the back of the 2001 Odyssey Club.
Officers found the suspect in the middle of North Dale Mabry.
News Channel Eight Photographer Malik Parler was at the scene when the unidentified suspect was taken down. No one was injured.
The suspects name or his motive for firing the gun have not been released.
