Davernport, Fla. (NewsRadio WFLA) - The Polk County Sheriff says the man who had barricaded himself inside a Davenport home has surrendered. The man kept deputies at bay since just after ten last night, even firing shots at deputies, no one was injured.
This happened at a home in the area of Hwy 27 and Ronald Reagan Parkway. The call began as a family disturbance around 1015 last night.
He is being questioned by deputies, his name,and any charges against him have not been released yet.
