Two Pasco Firefighters and A Resident Injured In Trinity House Fire

Trinity Fla.(NewsRadio WFLA)-An early morning house fire in Trinity required extra firefighters to help battle the flames. 

According to Pasco County Fire and Rescue,  firefighters from Engine Fifteen were the first to arrive just before three this morning to a burning house in the   10500 block of  Marsha Drive.  

Fire crews report that heavy smoke and flames were shooting from out of the front of the residence.   Additional firefighters were called in and had the fire under control in less than thirty minutes. 

One firefighter was taken to the hospital suffering from smoke inhalation, one firefighter suffered injuries he  sustained from a fall during firefighting operations, and a  17-year-old resident was transported with smoke inhalation. All three have been released from the hospital. 

The American Red Cross is providing  shelter and clothing for five people and a dog.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
