Winter Haven, Fla.-(Newsradio WFLA)-Polk County deputies have arrested 42 year-old Max Hernandez for sexually battering a child.
The list of charges against Hernandez include three counts of sexual battery on a victim under 12, one count of sexual battery on a victim over 12 and one count of the display of obscene material harmful to a minor.
Deputies say the girl involved told them she was sexually battered and molested by Hernandez between 4 and 13 years of age. The incidents occurred at two different locations in Polk County.
Investigators say the victim claims the sexual abuse was almost daily when she was between 7 and nine years-old. They say Hernandez has admitted to sexually abusing the child.
