Sex Slave Held Captive In St. Petersburg Mobile Home Community

St. Petersburg, Fla. (NewsRadio WFLA)-Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has announced the latest human trafficking arrests that involve a teen aged boy in St. Petersburg. 

She says the Marion County boy had been used as a "sex slave" while being held captive inside a trailer at the Silver Lake Mobile Home Community.  Attorney General Moody says the boy was lured by his captors through a video game app.

Seven people have been arrested as part of the eight-month-long investigation.   A  seventh suspect,  identified as Curtis Gruwell turned himself in to St. Petesburg Police  this morning.  He’s charged with conspiracy to commit human trafficking and interference with custody.
