Mr. Flint was last seen near 16th Street an 21st Avenue South at 6 p.m. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 180 lbs. and has a black mustache.
He was last seen wearing a beige plaid shirt with blue and black stripes and dark blue khaki pants with black sneakers. He suffers from dementia and PTSD.
