New Port Richey, Fla. (970 WFLA) Storms crossing west central Florida blew down trees and power lines and caused at least one fire Sunday morning. The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for parts of Pasco and Pinellas Counties after spotting a waterspout about 10 miles offshore of Hudson.

Pasco County Fire Rescue spokesman Corey Dierdorff tweeted photos of damage a New Port Richey neighborhood the storm caused.

Dierdorff said that despite the damage, he had no reports of injuries. He warned people to avoid standing water and any downed power lines.
