Orlando, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Polk County deputies now have their 104th arrest in "Operation Naughty-Not Nice Two." They say 49 year-old William Welch surrendered to deputies in Orange County after 103 suspects had already been cuffed in the human trafficking-prostitution sting.
Investigators say Welch thought he was setting up a meeting with a 14 year-old girl for sex, but he was actually communicating with undercover deputies.
Deputies say Welch did travel to the meeting place, but apparently got suspicious and ran off without his car. Deputies did recover the car and had been searching for Welch.
Welch is officially charged with traveling to meet a minor, using a computer to seduce, solicit and lure a child and more.
