Riverview,Fla.(970 WFLA)-A gruesome discovery could bring a sad end to the search for a missing Florida woman. Search dogs yesterday found a body wrapped in plastic in Costa Rica, where the former Miami Beach resident was staying.
Carla Stefaniak has been missing for a week after she went to Costa Rica to celebrate her 36th birthday. Her brother says the family is holding out hope the body is not Stefaniak's.
