Sarasota, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Thirty seven year-old Jon Gluvna, of Calliandra Drive, has been arrested for a second time on charges of transmitting child porn by an electronic device.
Sarasota Police Detectives arrested Gluvna back in 2015 on 20 counts of transmission of child pornography by an electronic device. Gluvna then admitted he downloaded the images and was placed on supervised release. He was also not allowed access to the internet.
In this new case, detectives were notified by Internet Crimes Against Children task force members that Gluvna was actively downloading child pornography. A search warrant was signed and executed at Gluvna’s home where computers, gaming consoles and SD cards were seized.
Gluvna is currently being held at the Sarasota County Jail.
