Decatur,Tx.(970 WFLA)-An arrest six years ago in Kentucky on a drug charge could bring closure to some cold-case murders in Tampa Bay.
Samuel Little recently confessed to killing 90 people since the 1970s around the country. The 78-year-old has confessed to killing a black woman in Tampa in 1984 and a black woman in Plant City in the late '70s.
Tampa Police say they haven't confirmed Little's connection to those cases, but they're still investigating.
