Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)- The Florida Department of Transportation has announced the rest area, north of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge will be closed at night.
Beginning Monday, December 3, 2018, the Sunshine Skyway North Rest Area Park and adjacent areas will be closed to the public from Sunset to Sunrise.
Barrier gates and posted signage have been put in place for personal safety and to help deter illegal activity. Trespassing violations will be strictly enforced.
