Dunedin, Fla. (970 WFLA)- Can You Identify this cell phone creeper? He was caught holding his cellphone over a dressing room stall at Main Street Thrift Shop while recording a woman inside changing clothes. She confronted the suspect, who ran from the store.
He's white, approximately 6'2" tall, with long hair in a ponytail, and a beard. He was last seen wearing a light-green shirt, black shorts, and black shoes.
