Lakeland, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-A 71 year-old man is facing charges after exposing his sex organs to an undercover Polk County deputy at Gator Creek Preserve Park here.
Investigators say Richard Kolari of Lakeland approached an undercover detective and showed his private parts and made sexual comments.
Kolari was arrested and is charged with one count of lewd behavior and one count of soliciting. Kolari was transported to the Polk County Jail and was later released on bond.
Deputies were at the park checking out complaints of lewd acts in public.
