Michael Drejka bonds out of jail

Wearing a white t-shirt, cargo shorts and an ankle monitoring device on his right ankle, Michael Drejka walks out of the Pinellas County jail.

He's accompanied by his attorney, who navigates past the gaggle of reporters and photographers without comment.

Drejka has been in jail for more than a month, held under a $100,000 dollars bond on a manslaughter charge.  He's accused of fatally shooting Markeis McGlockton in a Clearwater parking lot during a confrontation over a handicapped parking space.

Drejka claims he acted in self defense.  The case has sparked debate over the state's Stand Your Ground law.
